Quillify

Quillify, next to everything else you might buy

Everything else in this table is a database you operate. You still decide what to chase, track what is due, remember what this funder wants and what you promised them last time, and write the thing yourself. Quillify holds all of that and does the work: it finds what you qualify for, drafts from your own documents, and keeps the calendar. That is the difference between software you run and software that runs the job.

The coverage is the widest here as well, grants through contracts to lenders, and it is the smaller half of the argument. Every price and claim below was read off that vendor’s own live pages and dated, so you can check any line in two minutes.

All competitor figures verified 6 August 2026. The whole field in one table, including the tools we are not usually compared with.

The shape of this market

It is barbelled: a cluster of cheap drafting tools under $50 a month, the incumbents at $219 to $999, and almost nothing between. Quillify sits exactly in that gap at $99, with a permanent free tier underneath it that nothing above $50 on this page offers.

The structural difference is coverage. Almost everyone here indexes grants and stops. We carry 11,000+ open federal and state contract opportunities and 480+ community lenders alongside 4,000+ open grants, and for companies, cities and tribal enterprises those are frequently the larger and more winnable money.

The comparisons

One name you will not find here

OpenGrants now leads with AI strategy consulting rather than grant software, so we read them as having left the category. Everyone still in it is in the table above, including the grantmaking side of the market: the two industries called grant software explains which half you are actually shopping in.

The cheapest way to compare is to use the free one.
