Hand Quillify an award letter and it reads out the reporting schedule, the closeout window, how long records must be kept and the changes that need the funder's approval first. Each one goes on your calendar, quoting the sentence it came from wherever the letter states it, so the obligations are tracked from the day you win.

The agency's own payment record

On federal awards Quillify shows what the agency has paid out, taken from the agency's published record. When a drawdown feels slow, you can check it against the funder's own figure.

A slow month costs you nothing

Grant work comes in waves and a monthly subscription does not. Instrumentl bills every month whether or not you ran a search. Quillify starts free and pay as you go. Pay-as-you-go credits never expire and plan credits roll over for a year, so the quiet season builds capacity for the busy one.

Ours produces a checklist of every requirement, where it is addressed, the risk of missing it, its deadline, and what your team must produce itself. A compliant proposal that gets screened out over an unnoticed attachment is a specific and preventable failure.

Revise a draft in place

They describe adapting prior proposals and assisting drafting. They do not describe revising a draft in place. Say "make the budget narrative more specific" and Quillify edits that section and leaves the rest alone.
