What happens to what you type: it is stored on our own infrastructure in the United States, emailed to us, and recorded in our customer relationship system so an inquiry does not get lost between people. We keep a hash of your IP address rather than the address itself, we do not sell it, and this does not add you to a mailing list. There is no auto-reply, so the next thing you hear will be a person. The policy sets out the detail.

Read the security page first, which sets out what protects your documents and what enforces each protection. If it does not answer your question, write to sales@quillify.ai and you will get the same kind of answer. Security questionnaires and procurement reviews get worked through in detail rather than deflected to a badge, so send yours and we will answer it properly.
You want to exercise a privacy right, or you have a legal question
Write to legal@quillify.ai. That covers access, portability and deletion requests under the CCPA, and the equivalent rights under GDPR. The policy sets out what we hold and what you can ask for.
