Grant capacity for your whole business communityGrow local companies with grant money

Your businesses ask about grants and you have no grant staff to send them to. Quillify gives every member of your network a faster way to find the grants open to them and draft the proposal from their own documents. Your organization runs it all from one program, without hiring.

Community-backed startups are a new way to do economic development. Your city, EDC or a partner nonprofit wins a grant for a problem your region has. A university brings the expertise. The local startups and small businesses already working on that problem get funded to solve it. The money stays local, and so do the companies.

How it works

Find the money. One search covers 4,300+ open grants, 13,000+ open government contract opportunities and 480+ community lenders, matched to what each business does and where it is.

Build the partnership. Your organization leads the application and invites local firms, universities and nonprofits as partners. Quillify tracks each partner’s role and drafts the letters of intent and commitment on both sides.

Draft from real documents. Every proposal starts from the applicant’s own past proposals, budgets and results, so a small company with no grant writer can still submit a strong application.

One program for your whole network

Your members join through one registration link and land with the access your program chose for them. Some programs fund a shared pool of proposal drafts, and some give every member the full product. Seating 40 businesses one at a time on our Access plan would cost $3,960 a month at list price. A community program is priced for your network as a whole, so tell us its size and we will come back with a structure in writing you can take to your board.

Without help, a proposal takes 50 to 400 hours of someone’s time, by our founder’s count from customer interviews. That is the time your members get back.

Who runs on it

Oklahoma Farm Bureau has run its rural cohort program on Quillify for three years, with access managed through one joining link and a shared proposal pool. Rose Rock Bridge ran its energy deep tech founders on Quillify, and Tulsa Local Ventures runs its international founders on it today. Read what customers have won.

The thinking behind it

How economic developers can use grants covers consortiums with local firms and the purchasing rules. State economic development grants lists where the state money is.
