Take Quillify to your board
You have looked at the product; now somebody else has to say yes. This page is the memo you would otherwise write: the annual number for the budget line, what it buys, what happens if it does not work out, and the proof. Print it as it stands, or lift what you need.
What you would be buying
One product that finds the funding, drafts the proposals and keeps the deadlines. It searches 3,600+ open grants, 10,000+ government contract opportunities and 480+ community lenders in one place, reads the actual funding announcement to say whether your organization qualifies before anyone commits a month to writing, then drafts the proposal from your own documents in your own voice. Deadlines and requirements land on one shared calendar and checklist the whole team works from.
The numbers for the budget line
| Plan | Monthly | Billed annually | Credits a month | Seats |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Access | $99 | $1,068 a year | 150 | 1 |
| Pro | $250 | $2,700 a year | 500 | 3 |
| Max | $750 | $8,100 a year | 2,000 | 5 |
There is also a plan with no monthly fee at all: browsing and keyword search are free, and credits cost $0.50 each as you use them, never expiring. Plan credits roll over month to month and stay good for 12 months, so a quiet quarter is not money lost. Every price on this page is published. Nothing is quote-on-request.
What the money buys, in work
Credits are the unit Quillify prices its work in, and each action shows its price on the button before it runs. A full foundation proposal runs about 30 credits; a federal proposal, which is a different animal, about 500. Checking whether you qualify for a specific opportunity, the step that saves the wasted month, costs a few credits and reads the funder’s actual announcement. On the middle plan’s allowance that is a steady monthly rhythm of qualification checks, drafts and monitoring, with the full price list and a month-cost estimator on the pricing page.
The risk profile: month to month, nothing locked in
Plans are month to month and cancel anytime; there is no contract to exit. Trying it costs nothing and needs no card. Documents are guarded by two independent layers of authorization, stored in the United States, encrypted in transit and at rest, and a PCI-compliant processor handles payment, so Quillify never sees a card number. The security page states what enforces each of those claims, and a security questionnaire sent to our team gets worked through in the same detail.
The proof: $6.5M won, and your board can check it
Our customers’ wins are on the site and say who wrote each check: $6.5M in total, including $5M from a state semiconductor fund and $1.2M by a company that never filed a traditional application. The average SBIR takes Quillify clients about 5 hours from go decision to submission. The stories, with names and numbers.
The rest of the diligence, already written
How Quillify compares to everything else you might buy, with the losses shown too. The privacy policy and terms. And if the board wants a live answer, ask us directly and we will answer it in writing you can forward.
