What happened
This is the least obvious use of the product and one of the most interesting. The customer was not the applicant. They identified organizations applying for funding that would need what they provide, and became part of those budgets. Wes calls it the budget-line funding, because the grants open to for-profits are crowded and almost nobody is competing to be in somebody else’s budget.
